Service Hours Form is on the Web!

The Troop 811 Community Service form for Journey to Excellence is now available on the Troop’s website (here) under the “Resources for Scouts” page.

“Journey to Excellence” is the BSA’s performance recognition program designed to encourage and reward success and measure the performance of Scouting Units.  (It replaced the Quality Awards Program.)  Since performance is measured on a calendar year basis, we need all our Scouts to submit their service hours performed during the 2012 calendar year (on our Troop 811 Community Service form) so that our hours will be considered when evaluating the Troop’s overall performance for 2012.

Note: If a Scout performs service hours as part of a school, church or for any other requirement they may also use those service hours for the performance measurement for Journey to Excellence.

If you have any questions or need forms please see Stephanie or Jeff Ziliotto.  Thank you!
