Take the SCOUTStrong PALA Challenge!

Scoutstrong

The SCOUTStrong challenge is a Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA) Challenge whose goal is to add activity to your life.  This challenge is for everyone associated with the Boy Scouts of America (Scouts, Venturers, Parents, Volunteers, Council Staff, Board Members, Friends of Scouting, and BSA Alumni).

It is a Six week program that asks you simply to document your daily physical activities and make simple changes to your weekly diet.  As active as our Troop is, this will be very easy.  For participating, not only will you be recognized but you will receive a special patch at the next Court of Honor.

Please download the Program Overview Brochure, the Healthy Eating Goals, and the Activity Log.  Once you have completed the 6 week program, bring you Activity Log to Mrs. Gillanders.
